des honoraires des notaires<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e en Conseil de gouvernement le 13 d\u00e9cembre 2018, \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2.17.481 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de la profession de notaire.<br data-start=\"403\" data-end=\"406\" \/>Cette grille est entr\u00e9e en application en 2019 et reste en vigueur aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p><p data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"817\"><strong>Que signifie cette \u201cgrille\u201d concr\u00e8tement ?<\/strong><br data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"544\" \/>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un plafond officiel des honoraires : le notaire ne peut pas d\u00e9passer les montants fix\u00e9s par l\u2019\u00c9tat.
